  • Clean my house
  • Write a letter to a friend
  • Explore nature with my camera

  • Go for a walk down narrow side streets
  • Create videos to inspire confidence
  • Campaign positively for #challenge5alive
  • Ride my bike through a forest

  • Smile
  • Feel happy
  • Feel emotions above the numb line
  • Be there for someone else

  • Feel connected to society
  • Have a voice to promote equality
