Hey, Yvie here, whilst I’ve got your attention, what are your thoughts on my endurance projects? I’m looking to creatively collaborate to further the message that a mental illness is not the end. If you’re happy to get in touch, just head over to the Contact page and write me a note. Warm wishes, Yvie x

Physical Endurance Challenges vs Emotionally Creative Challenges
What would you consider to be tougher? Personally, I’ve found they’re as hard as each other. Although, I found it easier to run the length of Britain twice than I did to write a book.
Each challenge is helping me to push the limits of my potential, whilst raising money for mental health charities. I’m no daredevil, I am afraid of spiders, and heights and deep water turn my legs to jelly, but I am a firm believer in the personal benefits of feeling the butterflies and ploughing on anyway. I am also passionate about throwing out our old mental health support system and way of thinking, and replacing it with one that spotlights humanity, parity and community projects.
